Easy to find, easy to park (register reg in reception), comfy bed, clean & tidy facilities, receptionist was friendly & welcoming, check-in was quick. Would definitely book again.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. We stayed here for one night celebrating a family birthday. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurant was lovely except the aircon was so cold, our breakfast went cold quickly.
Standard Premier Inn accessible room, all the appliances working and tin of biscuits and two chocolates as a welcoming treat. We had a really good stay in a quiet room with non overlooked view.
We have stayed before and does not disappoint, clean rooms, friendly Team and easy access to and car parking which are the main things for us. There is Greggs across the road for quick breakfast on the go.
Very clean and tidy room reception was very helpful checking me in and letting me know about when I could go down for breakfast and booking a table for dinner, even tho ur close to a main busy road I couldn’t hear a thing and had a peaceful nights kip

Me and my wife always like to stay at premier inns due to their cleanliness of rooms, beds,the beds are nice and comfy,pillows too,and the staff are always very helpfull,pleasant,they do go out of their way to help, they are easy to get on with and it feels sincere in that help,every time we have stayed there we have come accross some really nice staff and thats why we do like staying at premier inns,its consistently good,clean,i stayed alone last sunday at the swindon location close to M4 ,i even recognised the blonde haired lady,sorry forgot her name on eve duty,she is good at her work,and so is laura morning duty,thank you lady,s ,it matters a lot ,the feeling and reception i received was heartwarming as i made a mistake of going to travel lodge,not far away,as it happens this was used by freeloaders from afar,a very unpleasant surprise,i will never go to this company period. Thats why i could not wait to get to my usual choice of hotels as i know what to expect,and that to me made me feel comforting, the knowledge and expectations were easily meet,i was/thankfull for arriving there. In the morning i was looking forward to premier inns quality breakfast,it did not disappoint ,it is one of the best arround,and worth the cost,if there was a gripe it would be the bacon is cut very thinly,please dont penny pinch, its not in your intrests because your customers know the standards served,start doing that and your on a slippery slope,customers are not stupid,,so thank you to all the staff again,you made my stay a good one,yours sincerely m dale.
I highly recommend the premier inn M4 j16. The reception staff were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful & professional. It's the best premier inn we have stayed in & the staff were the reason. They elevated the experience to excellent. The rooms were clean, the location is great & the staff exceptional.
